Dr. Anderson is originally from midcoast, Maine. She received a Doctor of Optometry from Western University of Health Sciences in California, and a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition and dietetics from the University of Maine at Orono, the flagship of the University of Maine System. Dr. Anderson completed a residency in ocular disease and low vision rehabilitation at Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson. She is a member of the International Optometric Honor Society, Beta Sigma Kappa and the Ocular Wellness & Nutrition Society. Dr. Anderson’s clinical interests include diagnosis and management of ocular disease, low vision rehabilitation and geriatric optometry.
Her interests include biking, spin, yoga, and vintage records.
